88pd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 88pd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 88pd website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through the platform.

By accessing the 88pd platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and must not create an account.

2. Eligibility to Use 88pd

To be eligible to register an account with 88pd and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all 88pd users, without exception.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of multiple individuals.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of 88pd, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme or otherwise have requested that 88pd restrict or close your access to the platform.

88pd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account, and any pending withdrawals will be held pending resolution of the identity verification process.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each user may hold only one account with 88pd. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for account verification and, where applicable, two-factor authentication.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access. 88pd uses your registered email for account notifications, password reset communications, and important platform updates.
• Your date of birth. 88pd will verify that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. 88pd will not be liable for any losses arising from the sharing of account credentials, whether voluntary or otherwise. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88pd immediately via the support contact details available on the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 88pd account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88pd supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. These are the primary deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh users. Transactions via these services are typically processed within 60 seconds of submission.
• International card payments: Visa and Mastercard. These methods may be subject to additional processing times depending on your card issuer. 88pd does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your card issuer may apply their own foreign transaction charges.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the payment method used and may vary. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. There is no business-hours restriction on withdrawal processing at 88pd.

88pd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of the payment method used for deposits, and evidence of the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not reflect any adverse finding against the account holder. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be held pending verification.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88pd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by registering additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible permanent account closure.
• 88pd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of credit will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
• Bonuses credited to your account have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically without notice.

88pd does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Bonuses displayed on the platform are available to eligible users at the time of display only. 88pd is not liable for any loss incurred by a user who relies on the continued availability of a bonus that has been withdrawn.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88pd are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. General betting and gaming rules that apply across all sections of the platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the specific event rules (for example, certain cash-out features on qualifying sports markets).
• In the event of a technical failure, error, or malfunction affecting a game outcome or bet settlement, 88pd reserves the right to void the affected bets or rounds and refund the corresponding stakes to users' account balances.
• Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 88pd is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers or game outcomes determined by the provider's systems.
• Odds displayed on sports betting markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those shown at the time of confirmation. 88pd is not liable for any discrepancy between odds a user expected and odds at which a bet was confirmed, provided the confirmed odds were accurately displayed on screen at the time.

88pd reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake or payout on any market or game at its sole discretion. This includes applying individual account-level stake limits where 88pd determines that a user's betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

7. Responsible Gaming

88pd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow users to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — any increase request is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. A temporary self-exclusion may be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. A permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely.
• Session reminders: Users may enable session time reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are intended to help users maintain awareness of the time they spend on the platform.

If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account, and to seek guidance from organisations that provide support for problem gambling. 88pd takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will act promptly on any responsible gaming request made by a user.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88pd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a false name, or the name of another person, with the intention of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 88pd as a mechanism for processing proceeds of crime or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share information during live games in a way that provides an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting activity to exploit a promotion.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location to bypass geographic restrictions.

88pd employs active monitoring systems to detect and investigate prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the prohibited activity, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited, subject to any applicable legal obligations regarding the return of deposited funds.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

88pd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• 88pd is required to take action under applicable anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, or other regulatory obligations, including obligations imposed by the platform's payment processors or banking partners.
• The account holder has requested account closure, including through a self-exclusion request submitted via the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88pd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other loss arising from technical failures, errors, or delays beyond 88pd's reasonable control.

88pd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any specific game, market, or feature will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and network issues may affect platform availability. 88pd will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88pd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, user interface layout, text, logos, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 88pd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of 88pd.

The 88pd brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in social media profiles, third-party websites, or promotional materials not authorised by 88pd — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88pd is registered as an offshore platform. You agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, users are encouraged to contact 88pd's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 88pd will use reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints submitted in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. 13. Amendments to These Terms

88pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 88pd will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the user's registered email address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the 88pd platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on the 88pd website at the time of access.
